Inspection workflow

Novo Container provides customers with detailed production progress by the Onsite Daily Inspection Report which starts from Shot-Blasting, Sub-Assembly, Welding Quality, DFT Checking , Main –Assembly to final overall inspection of each container.Our licensed inspectors will issue the acceptance certificates for the satisfied equipment.
01 Exterior condition

Door frame, locking gear, corner posts, roof and visible dents are checked for practical use.

02 Interior review

Flooring, wall panels, light leaks, odor and cleanliness are reviewed against project needs.

03 Photo evidence

Images and notes are prepared so buyers can compare options before confirming a quote.

04 Export readiness

Availability, loading constraints and delivery requirements are clarified before handoff.
